Description
Spend a day Cycling from our beautiful ranch to the bustling market of Urubamba! Arriving at our beautiful ranch we will show you the grounds, you can take in the beautiful mountains all around and meet the local horses and hummingbirds. Once everyone is ready we will equip you with a state of the art mountain bike and all the necessary safety gear. Then, following our knowledgeable guide you will set out for the day.
You will first bike through the village of Pichingoto, home of Quechua people who have been working the local salt mines for generations, then follow the river upstream for 6 kilometers until we reach the town of Urubamba. Here we will enjoy lunch and some refreshments, but save room for some of the tasty snacks sold in the market! We will then cycle back along the river to the ranch where we will enjoy some refreshments to finish the adventure!
