Chinchero Mountain Bike Ride

Spend a day Cycling from our beautiful ranch to the town of Chinchero, home to renowned Incan ruins, and with views of some of the high Andes on route. Arriving at our beautiful ranch we will show you the grounds, you can take in the beautiful mountains all around and meet the local horses and hummingbirds.


Once everyone is ready we will equip you with a state of the art double suspension mountain bike and all the necessary safety gear. Then, following our knowledgeable guide you will set out for the day.

Cycling up the hill behind the ranch will bring you to the salt mining town of Maras, passing the famous salt mines on the way. On the plateau you will get to enjoy some stunning views of the high Andes clad with glaciers. Next you will arrive at the gorgeous mountain lake of Huaypo, before continuing on to the town of Chinchero. Here you will enjoy some snacks and refreshments before we explore the town and its nearby Incan ruins. Finally, get ready for some excitement as we return to the ranch on a speedy downhill trail.

Back at the ranch you will be able to take a shower, and we will provide a wholesome lunch and beers to finish the adventure.
