Description
Shifting focus from landscapes onto our horses, the Peruvian Paso Experience shows off a different kind of beauty.
At an hour-an-a-half, this intimate display celebrates our Peruvian Paso horses. Decorated with ceremonial saddles, our horses swagger across the Main House’s lawn displaying their individual elegance. Our rider – ‘Chalán’ – is equally dapper. Dressed in both a white, artisan poncho and sombrero, he guides each Paso through an equestrian performance, showcasing their unique gaits.
This special lunch or dinner is available as an additional service and has an extra cost: following this, we can serve a 4-course Peruvian Feast. Our Head Chef has curated a selection of fine Peruvian dishes, with a special highlight being the Cabrito a la Norteña: a tender lamb preparation infused with organic spices., another excellent option is the iconic Lomo Saltado. We are also pleased to offer delicious pescatarian and vegan dishes, celebrating a different side of Peruvian gastronomy.
After some fresh coffee or te, you will have the opportunity to ride our special Pasos. This trek takes you through the nearby ancient community and along the Vilcanota river, giving you the time to properly connect with your horse.
A perfect experience to share with those you love!
